Mission: Fletcher’s Tendercare PPEC (Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care) is a medical facility with a day care atmosphere for children age 0-21 with complex medical needs that require nursing. The option of using the same company for medical services, equipment and PPEC services offers added freedom and convenience to many of our patients and their families.
