Bevell's Advocate
Bevell’s Advocate provides virtual, personalized support for families of individuals with disabilities across the United States. Our mission is to empower, educate, and assist families of individuals with disabilities in navigating a variety of resources. We specialize in helping families understand their rights, advocate effectively for their child, and access the tools and resources needed to support their child’s development and educational success.
We offer guidance on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans, helping families prepare for meetings, review documentation, and ensure that goals, accommodations, and services align with their child's unique needs. Our support extends to understanding and evaluating Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), equipping parents to advocate for meaningful behavioral strategies that promote positive outcomes at school and home.
In addition to advocacy support, we provide one-on-one parent coaching designed to build confidence, improve communication with school teams, and foster collaborative, respectful partnerships. We also help families identify and connect with appropriate resources, including therapists, specialists, support groups, and government services tailored to their child’s specific diagnosis or developmental profile.
Bevell’s Advocate hosts virtual workshops and educational trainings on a variety of topics, such as special education law, navigating the IEP process, and creating inclusive environments. When needed, we collaborate with teachers, service providers, and professionals to support a cohesive, child-centered approach.
At Bevell’s Advocate, we believe every child deserves a quality education and every parent deserves the knowledge and support to advocate for that right. Through compassionate guidance and expert advocacy, we help families move forward with clarity and confidence.
