My Gym Sensory Friendly Drop In

Our Sensory-Friendly Drop-In is a 45 minute low structure class/free play with a supportive, welcoming space designed especially for children of all abilities, including those with sensory sensitivities and special needs. This class focuses on movement, confidence, and fun through gentle gymnastics skills, obstacle courses, balance activities, and playful movement. Children will build strength, coordination, and body awareness in a calm, structured environment. This class features flexible participation, so every child can engage in a way that feels comfortable to them.

We keep class sizes small, reduce loud noises and bright lighting when possible, and offer sensory breaks and adaptations as needed. Our goal is to help children feel safe, successful, and proud of their accomplishments while encouraging social interaction, self-regulation, and joyful movement.
