Harlan’s Place Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities by providing supportive housing, life skills and job training, therapy and wellness programs, social and recreational activities, and family resources. Our mission is to create inclusive opportunities that foster independence, personal growth, and community connection.
