Mission Statement:
Friendship Formulas is an educational services company dedicated to helping children ages 3–10 build strong social-emotional skills in fun, supportive, and engaging ways. We specialize in working with children with ADHD, anxiety, Autism, sensory processing, etc... Through small-group social skills classes, summer camps, consulting, and caregiver support, we empower kids to develop confidence, self-regulation, and meaningful peer connections. Our evidence-based strategies are playful, practical, and designed to meet each child where they are.

Services:
Communication - initiation, appropriate communication with peers and adults, asking for help, expressing needs and advocating oneself. Play skills - sharing, taking turns, initiating play, n and appropriate play. Emotional regulation - recognizing emotions, and how to use tools to support those emotions. Cooperation - following directions, following a schedule, working with others, and leadership. Task initiation/executive functioning - following a schedule, time management, recalling Information, and taking breaks.
