Coastal Pediatric Therapy Center is Jacksonville’s premier multidisciplinary therapy practice, serving the Jacksonville community since 1996. Coastal offers services for children ages birth - 21.
The Coastal Pediatric Therapy team consists of compassionate and highly skilled therapists who continually advance their education through specialized training and certification programs to remain current on the latest developments in their field.
Coastal therapists work with each child individually to develop a customized treatment plan designed to build confidence, improve developmental skills, and exceed therapeutic goals. Coastal partners with families, teachers, and pediatricians to help each child achieve success.

Coastal has two locations in Jacksonville - Jacksonville Beach and Mandarin near US-1. Both of our child-centered facilities feature a large sensory gym utilized by all therapies, sensory rooms, and dedicated PT, OT, and ST rooms.
